Yes I'm bad at this writing every day thing. So, I'm still working on the body love. Somedays are harder than others. Tuesday this week was particularly challenging- it's my off day from working out so I often feel lazy and then I ate badly because we haven't grocery shopped in a while. Ack. So the eating was bad. And it was a long long day.
Wednesday was a yoga day. Much needed. But I was getting frustrated at myself because I couldn't seem to balance on my left side at all. I was klutzy and falling over. But overall, I was also proud of myself 'cause stuff does seem to be getting easier in class.
This morning was swimming. 25 laps. I tried to use yoga techniques while in the pool---lengthening my body and stuff. It worked sometimes, and other times I felt like I was stretching my neck in weird ways. Mostly, today, my shoulders and my neck feel a bit sore.
So. That said, I'm going to bed.
