Week 2!!! I've done Yoga now for 15 days. In a row. Some days, I've done "more" than others. Other days, I've done quickie 20-25 minute things. Mainly though, for the past week, it's been 1 hour practices, at home. Last week, I was working during the gentle classes I wanted to go to. But I did make it to my Sunday morning class. This week, I might try a gentle class at Shakti Yoga at Historic Rchmond Town. Lots of stuff is not ideal about it- like the 8pm class time, and the not-super relaxing space, but at the same time, I'll be able to make it home from Queens by 8pm and it's not *that* far away from my house. But I'll see still.
Tonight, I feel like my yoga practice is going to be very simple. I might do some seated and standing poses and then just spend about ten minutes chilling in Savasana.
